Vizgard joins the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Defence Technology
We are pleased to announce that Vizgard has joined the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Defence Technology, an initiative focused on strengthening UK defence innovation by supporting dialogue between Parliament, industry and the research community.
Joining the APPG aligns with our mission to enhance national security through cutting-edge, sovereign AI. At Vizgard, we build real-time visual autonomy software designed to reduce the cognitive burden on operators and enable safer, more automated decision-making in defence and security environments.
As part of the APPG, we look forward to contributing technical insight from our work across land, air and maritime domains, and to engaging with fellow members on the future of UK defence policy and innovation.
Earlier this year, we secured £1.5 million in private investment to scale our technology and launch our AI Fleet Management system, which connects edge-enabled camera systems to track, manage, and respond to activity across distributed platforms. With deployments already underway with UK Primes and Government customers, the APPG provides a valuable platform to help SMEs like Vizgard ensure operational experience is represented in national defence discussions.
